Rachel earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and is also a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. She believes there’s no one-size-fits-all treatment plan and works with each client to build a program around what they actually want to get back to doing.

After years of living with Hashimoto’s and chronic gut issues, she understands firsthand how exhausting it is to feel unwell without clear answers. She spent a year researching, experimenting, and making intentional lifestyle changes, and her own experience showed her that the body has a remarkable ability to restore balance when given the right environment to thrive. That journey sparked her passion for functional nutrition and led her to pursue it professionally, so she could help others find the same answers she once searched for.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys reading, game nights with family and friends, evening walks, traveling, and working out in her home gym.

Ryan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas State University and is also a Certified Athletic Trainer, giving him a combined background in orthopedic rehabilitation and sideline sports medicine coverage. My philosophy is simple: HEALTHcare, not SICKcare. You don’t have to be a competitive athlete to train like one, and I’ll treat you as the athlete you still are.

With a decade of experience working with athletes and highly motivated individuals, he understands the importance of helping people return to what they love doing. He enjoys working with runners, lifters, weekend athletes, and those who aren’t quite ready to give up the title of “athlete”.

He lives in Fort Worth with his fiancé Rachel and his two cats, Nova and Pumpkin. He enjoys rooting for Ohio sports teams, BBQ, competing in rec league sports, hiking, climbing, and traveling, just to name a few hobbies.
